Call for Abstracts

Abstract Submission
Abstracts submission is now closed.  The deadline for submissions was 15 January 2010.

Please note that all presenting authors must register as delegates.

Instructions for Authors

Authors of accepted abstracts will be asked to supply supplementary information for publication in the final programme.

A 100 word summary text will be required for all abstracts to be published in the final programme.

Oral presenters will also be asked for a 300 word submission for publication.

Abstracts submitted by members of the six participating countries will be returned to the country of origin for review. Representatives from each country will then provide a shortlist of recommended abstracts for oral and poster presentation. This list will then be submitted to the Organising Committee for consideration. Submissions from outwith the six participating countries will be reviewed by the Organising Committee.

The decision of the organizing committee is final.
